Selina "Seni" Guendel stands next to a Suburu which she won in a competition put on by Suburu and the National Ski Patrol. Guendel , whois from Boiceville, was one of two people out of over 1,000 contestants in hte US who won. She believes she won because in her application she wrote about the low numbers of women ski patrolers and how women are equally capable of doing the job. She will have the use of the car for the next ten months and take it to Snow Basin in Utah where she will be a full time ski patroler. Gundel started as a junior ski patroler at he age of 15 at Belleayre and has been patroling for the last 10 years.
